They are doing so well, I'm guessing promotion next season if they continue as they are doing so it's a shame Nigel Clough wasn't installed earlier last season given the improvement since he arrived.

My question would be what happened to the compensation monies that West Ham had to pay?  That's an awful lot of money to spend on really good players and they do have good strikers but I don't see £20 million quids worth!

And how come one of the stands is the Jessica Ennis stand rather than a Sean Bean stand?  I know Sheffield is proud of her achievements but, and with no disrespect, her career has not been as long as Sean's and his family's love for and loyalty to the club is now into its fourth generation - where is the Bean stand?  I read somewhere that Ms. Ennis hasn't even been to see the stand named after her yet, two years after it was named after her.  I'm all for rewarding her achievements but what about his?

Bradford 0-2 Sheff Utd

http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/29579719

Statement - 18th October 2014
Quote

In a departure from its current policy of not commenting on speculative media coverage concerning the future of its former player Ched Evans, Sheffield United's co-Chairmen Kevin McCabe and Jim Phipps have decided to issue a brief, joint statement: "Sheffield United has become aware of speculative media coverage concerning the immediate future of its former player Ched Evans.

"An article in The Sun today (Saturday 18th October) that Sheffield United has offered a contract to former player Ched Evans is false and damaging to the Club. We have made a statement on this matter previously and the lack of credibility and substance from this latest media report does not warrant any expansion from previous comments apart from noting that we are continuing to deliberate on any long term decision about Ched Evans."

They are really doing well this season.  Not sure why but I am glad.

Sean's world is looking great, all the new acting jobs, working with Ridley Scott (he said he wanted to work with him in an interview) and the Blades are doing well.

Not that I'm overly superstitious, but, I'm betting the Blades' Karma is going to remain out of whack until they do the right thing about the situation with the rapist they have allowed back among them.
