I dunno... I think the sign should have been more specific.  Could have been cheating on anything.

Yes, as long as she was making him wear the sign, it should have read "I cheated on my wife..."

I think he got off lightly. He should have been stark naked with the sign tied round his genitals.

That probably would have put an end to his cheating, beanyfan.  It  may have put an end to any sex whatsoever if he cut off the circulation in his danglies.

They may as well call the divorce lawyer actually.  I don't see any going back on that marriage... he's humiliated her, she's humiliated him...

He must have wanted to hold on to the marriage since he was willing to go through with her punishment.  But it doesn't seem like they would have a very rosy future.

What amazes me is that men who cheat really think they 1. can get away with it.  2. Gain forgiveness for admitting to it.  3. Try to explain it all away when they get caught.  4. Think that things will be the same after they pay pennance.

Why do men who cheat even bother to get married in the first place or get remarried after their divorce?  I don't think I'll ever figure out the answer to that question.  And another thing I'll never figure out is why do women marry them or stay married to them?  Once a cheater always a cheater.

I gotta agree with Syl. What's the point? Call a laywer, get a divorce and get rid of the loser.
