Yes, thank you. I didn't know the word for stuntman. I think this guy was so good they brought him years later for Peril and Challenge, but I might be wrong.

No, he worked for Sharpe in the Crimea and in Turkey. He is the president of the Ukrainian League of Stuntmen.
In India, Russian stuntmen worked. Sergei Golovkin, for example.

Ah, thanks. In the book "Sharpe Cut" there is some information about the stuntmen and it is really interesting. Crazy guys, but they worked smart. I don't have the book at home at the moment, though.

Yes, it's a crazy job.
Clip on shooting Sharpe in the Crimea. Shooting the stuntmen themselves. In a blue jacket, probably Filatov.

Another stunt clip. The Leningrad Stuntmen work
Sean is seen sometimes, in the beginning, and 6-57

I think 2RGJ means 2nd Battalion Royal Green Jackets, so maybe mid-90s (Sharpe era) rather than late 90s?

This is a photo of some army journalist, it is unlikely that Sean went to the location of the unit in the time of Sharpe. But when shooting Bravo an army consultants worked , so this is more likely. )))

Although, maybe you are right.
Somehow he is very young in the photo :mutley:

Clairette, you may well be correct. I was going off the hair,  that he looks very young and the mention of 2RGJ.

No, probably, you are right. Of course, Sharpe's hair. In Bravo he has short hair
