The dulcet tones of Sean Bean...
« on: July 15, 2009, 11:26:01 AM »
Our boy has become a "tradition" as regards O2 marketing:

Quote
The launch will be supported with a major advertising campaign from August. TV, cinema, press and online ads will promote the Cash Manager card, featuring the traditional voiceover by Sean Bean.

Let's keep an ear open for the new adverts:

LJ, that was from the 2007 campaign.  You probably hadn't yet been affected by SBOCD when it was on telly, so you missed it.

I haven't seen that ad before.  The background music was a bit overpowering, especially at the first.  They should have toned down the music and let Sean's wonderful voice shine through more prominently.  I was glad to see/hear it though, so thanks for posting!

I was once in a London cinema with two male colleagues, one on each side of me and the O2 add cam suddenly on. I think I made a weird noise. Very embarrassing......

I should have done my research! But when I saw this on YT I presumed it was new, as I have no memory of seeing it before. Although I probably wasnt totally obsessed back then, but Ive had eye/ear for Beany candy since about 1992! That sounds like an ad............Umm Sean Bean, makes life taste sweeter!

You can't miss them. Sable was brushing her teeth this morning when it came on this morning. Must admit we haven't heard him since this morning because we spent the whole day in London and have only just returned.
