Ohhh..that's really great. The whole series was nice I remember. It's so cute to see how his face dearly brightens and his body relaxes whenever it matters of honest affairs of his (boyish) heart. It's sometimes such a contrast with the more "job mode" smile and body language on other official public appearances. (at,on, by???? OMG! Teachers help! lol)

TT, it depends on what you mean.

If you are talking about photos of other official public appearances, then you would say "on pictures from other official..."

If you are talking about videos or broadcasts of other official public appearances, then you would say "at other official..."

Regardless, I think we all understand what you mean perfectly.
