I've asked if we can post the pic.  And yes, he looks pissed to high heavens.  If this was taken on Saturday, it would explain a lot. Apparently, according to Twitterers, Sean went to a footie match in the afternoon, then to the George Best event and party in the evening and then crashed a wedding reception at his hotel later.

That's the second golf cap I've seen him wear - I wonder if he's taking up the sport?  Can't picture it, frankly - but he may be enamored of the "19th hole".

Cute pic - nice to see him looking happy.  Not so thrilling to hear about him crashing a private party - that's rude, drunk or no!  On the other hand, it would seem the missus has let out the leash a tad.

Crashed a wedding reception...  LoL... well, I'm sure the bride and groom didn't mind too much if he wasn't rowdy.

Ifhe'd been to the gala then a party before getting back to the hotel it would have been quite late and the 'do' at the stage where no one really cared any more.

I suppose customs vary but I've unintentionally gatecrashed a couple of weddings where, once the food and speeches are over and the dancing/party begins, the wedding starts expanding out of the function room and into the rest of the hotel (especially the bar where the men like to set up home - away from the possibility of dancing).

I did gatecrash, very unintentionally, a wedding in San Fransisco when we went there about 12 years ago.  We'd just got to the hotel and were trying to get the hire car into the car park when we became somewhat mixed up with a large group of guests holding hands and offering up a prayer before they went their seperate ways.

Two things: 1. This is a very likely scenario for his gatecrashing and very likely a very well-lubricated Sean and Mark Addy were simply returning to the hotel, noticed something going on and in a curious mind, wandered into the party where everyone was more than happy to see them.  2. Flashes of Sean joining a prayer circle immediately crossed my mind and nearly made my brain explode.
