Lariam- the anti malarial drug - is very well known for causing schozephrenia and can exacerbate mental health issues.  It caused havoc with one of our neigbour's kids who has never been right since taking it to do a voluntary year abroad with a charity.
That's quite a line up of diagnoses she's been given. I wish her well.

I did not recognize her.  It's very sad that she is now plagued with all these health problems.  I hope that she can get some help and that she will be able to continue her work in movies if that is what she wants to do.

Focusing media attention on her certainly isn't going to help.  I wish they hadn't published this photo.  Knowing the story helps as a lot of people have wondered what had happened to her, but anonymity is a big help when dealing with mental health issues.  I just hope that people will leave her alone.

I didn't know her but it's very sad story for a young woman ... Just hope she could be better and return to work with real friends. As you say, tabloïds are stupid (too small word ...!!).
