I noticed the other day, whilst wandering round the net, that she's on Twitter herself although she rarely says anything original - preferring to retweet (especially when it's from Samuel West it seems).

Apparently she's an actress and Sohoite - what exactly is one of those ???

A Sohoite is someone who lives/hangs out in the Soho district of London. Its very trendy with all the hottest clubs and high-end shops and restaurants.

I've never made it to that area on trips to London but your explanation makes sense given that one tweet about going out for the evening raved about the great cocktail she had. 

I've never trusted drinks that need little umbrellas, fancy straws and bits of fruit perched on the side.
