Sorry it's taking so long to answer your question, but I've been just too busy. Anyway, It's only HOT in the L.A.
area a few weeks out of the year. The rest of the year is almost perfect, 72 and sunny year round !! We go
camping in the mountains in late Summer to avoid the HEAT. However, this year we're having soon health
problems. So we need to stay close to home.

No problem on answering my question - I have been crazy busy as well. Makes sense to not buy a widow unit if it is only hot a few weeks out of the year. I hope the health problems are quickly resolved and you can go camping soon. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
