FOR the uninitiated, Game of Thrones may seem like a huge, bloody mess of dragons, sex and violence but Hollywood A-lister Samuel L. Jackson has put together a handy beginner's guide that really simplifies things. Sort of. In the seven-minute video the 67-year-old Pulp Fiction actor gives a very brief rundown of the events of the past five seasons starting right at the beginning with Ned Stark (Sean Bean) and his family. He then gives a breakdown of what is happening with Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) and the rest of the Targaryens across the Narrow Sea in Essos, before cutting back to King's Landing and the rise of the Lannisters. The star then quickly goes through everything going on north of the Wall with the White Walkers and warns that everyone is ignoring the supernatural ice zombies that are planning on taking over the world. Samuel sporadically cuts back to the Starks from time-to-time to check-in on them and each time the situation is getting worse for them.
