Question about Patriot Games

I'm rewatching "Patriot Games" and just realised that one of my favourite pictures "from" the film is actually nowhere in the film. Am I watching an edited/shortened version? Or was this a publicity shot and not from the movie? Or am I losing my mind?    Anybody know?

So I guess it was a publicity shot taken separately from the filming?

Or I guess it could have been from a scene that was subsequently edited out.

Just yesterday, again, this movie in one of the spanish tv I didn't see this image, and also, in another channel, "The lost future" and in another one "National Treasure" so 3 sean's movies yesterday in spain,

Wow, Galamb, you are lucky to get so many of his movies on your tv.

I guess I just mis-remembered that image being from the film because I like it so much and it seems to float around the internet a lot. He is certainly gorgeous in that shot!

Just watched this last night (great film, really enjoyed it) it was on TV a couple of weeks ago so I recorded it but this scene wasn't in it. Maybe a deleted scene or a bonus scene for dvd?
